The current project is the result of a spatial investigation, under the title “corrupt masters”. Purpose of the research was a metaphorical corruption of the design principles of several classic building, and in this case, the corruption of Villa Savoye, designed by Le Corbusier.
Studying the way in which Le Corbusier, designed Villa Savoye, it resulted that, he had created a 3D grid and he used it, as a tool of manipulation of space. Studying that 3D Grid, it came out, a new one, based on the intensity of space. This new grid, generated a new augmented reality. An object of a fantastical word, who tried, as Le Corbusier tried, to win gravity.
The project “Sunken Vessels” was the official poster of Experimental Architecture Biennial #2 at Galerie Jaroslana Fragnera, Prague
“Sunken Vessels” presented as part of the agenda of the design studio “08 EX 12 - Xorikes Dierevniseis / Spatial Investigations” title of agenda: ‘I have always been there’
